All judgments affirmed. The actions, which were consolidated for trial and for appeal, are by different plaintiffs injured in the same automobile
collision. Carl Laughnan, who is a plaintiff in one case and a defendant in the others, was driver and owner of one automobile.
The other plaintiffs were passengers in the Laughnan car or derived rights through them. Dale Smith, who was killed in the
collision, was driver but not owner of the other automobile. He is present in the person of defendant Griffiths, administrator
of his estate. Defendant Roadge was a partner of Dale Smith. Defendant Shelby Mutual Casualty Insurance Company is Laughnan's
liability insurer. Defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company was alleged to be the liability insurer of Dale Smith and was
so adJudged.
